This puzzle was invented August 10 2007. Twentyseven pieces in a isometrically symmetrical homogeneous rectilinear solid burr. Three blocks of nine pieces that intersect with each other in twentyseven three-piece connections. This common symmetrical puzzle-idea has, until now, everytime been considered impossible to design! This burr design uses sequential twist moves to open. It takes seven moves to remove the first piece. All pieces but the seven twist pieces are different. The three-piece connection explained
